Great news on the One C1ty development from The Tennessean this week:
The state’s largest private orthopedic practice plans to move its headquarters to the OneC1TY campus planned near the 28th/31st Avenue Connector off Charlotte Pike.
Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance has an option to initially lease up to 55,000 square feet in a four-story, medical office building. That would be the first building to kick off what’s been envisioned as a multibuilding, mixed-used health care technology
campus.
