Porter Road Butcher coming to Charlotte Avenue

Very exciting news to report this morning. I received news from Louisa Green (owner of Headquarters) that East Nashville meat purveyor Porter Road Butcher will be opening a location at the former Mrs. Winners Chicken/Church's Chicken that sits directly across from Richland Park.

Currently, there is no news on their website about the new location  or when it's supposed to open. Stay tuned for more information.

ML Rose planning something on Charlotte Ave?

Some exciting news from the Nashville Business Journal

After reading about this I was notified of a rumor swirling around that an "L-shaped" strip center fronting Charlotte is being planned, but that is unconfirmed at this moment. The source mentioned it would front Charlotte AND 46th Avenue, but I don't see how that's possible since the property along 46th is not what is mentioned in the article.

The image above is my guess on the properties that have been purchased. Not 100% on those boundaries though.

Stay tuned...definitely a good sign.
