Holladay Properties to give TDOT sheds a dramatic refresh

Holladay Properties has revealed the details of their plan to rehab the old TDOT sheds located on Charlotte near 22nd Avenue. The development will be called "The Sheds" and will feature light filled facades which will add life to the currently tired and dilapidated buildings.

The quirky art deco (?) TDOT headquarters building which is sited on the east corner of the property was deemed structurally unsound and will be demolished to make way for a new building to be built in the second phase of the development.

Construction is set to begin at the end of this year.

That kinda looks like bell - 28 avenue. I enjoy walking down that street quite often. It makes for a scenic route.
